Three Nominees Declared for Housing Market Script Price
The level of competition prevailing
in every sphere of life makes it very tough for the professionals in any given
sector to come up with a great move and concrete techniques. All these are
required to make things easy and to survive in this tough competitive environment.
But the ones who survive in such
pressure like situation and the ones who even surpass them should be awarded
and appreciated for their efforts at regular interval of time. One of the
renowned and popular real estate Marcel van
Hooijdonk has always supported appreciating the efforts made by the people for
the enhancement of the real estate industry.
Overview of the
Housing Market Script Price
On Wednesday, November 7, three students from
different faculty will receive a price for their master’s thesis on the housing
market under the BZK Residential Marketing Price. It is excellent on the part
of the Ministry of BZK (Interior and Kingdom Relations) that they offer the
award for the most original as well as policy-relevant master’s thesis in the
housing as well as real estate market. The best thing is that this award is
being given every year for the encouragement of the individuals.
Topics for the Housing Market Research
Housing market research includes
series of topics that affect the policy of BZK. All the topics are generated depending
on the housing costs and affordability, demand and supply on the housing
market, price and lending development, etc.
This is not yet, the topics are
also based on the land policy, sustainable housing, shrinkage, maintenance of
houses, specific target groups, and many others.
The viewpoints of many leading real estate business leaders are also considered
and Marcel van Hooijdonk is
one of the pivotal names in this regard.
Winning Thesis
The level of versatility that has
been discussed above is also reflected on the thesis of the three prize winners
(interestingly they were unaware of the fact where they ended, thus the order
is on random basis)
·
Jenny Montanun (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam)
Jenny’s thesis is based on the
notion that whether homeowners are better citizens? This was an investigation
into the difference between tenants and the homeowners in social housing and
the private market.
·
Bob Witjes
(TU Delft)
The thesis of this scholar can be
considered as inappropriate cases, unevenly treated. The importance was given
how social housing can be allocated more effectively.
·
Jonathan de
Vries (High School in Holland)
He focused on the
fact that how to measure the paybacks based on the current calculation method of
the NEN along with a database of 4,790 homes from Residential Research
Netherlands?
All three of them presented their
thesis papers in front of the jury and after the evaluation of the papers, the winner of the Home Market Price
Size will be declared on November 7.
